Men aren't from Mars. Women aren't from Venus. But it's easy to understand why the two can sometimes seem worlds apart. Men and women are dramatically different - physically, emotionally and socially.

But if you understand these differences, it can dramatically improve your interactions. Misunderstandings can be avoided. Unrealistic expectations grounded. And dating becomes much easier.

The main mistake millions of men and women are making is expecting the opposite sex to act like them. It's never going to happen. Men can't expect women to act like men. Women can't expect men to act like women.

It is impossible for men not to act like men and it is impossible for women to not act like women. There are various reasons for this. They range from biological urges to parental influence to cultural conditioning by society, the media and history.

In an effort to help build bridges of understanding over the gender divide, Attraction All-Stars examines the main differences between men and women, why this is, what can be done about it, and why it's so important you develop an understanding of the opposite sex.

The Understanding Men and Women sections offer a detailed explanation of the communication and emotional divide. It decodes the words and actions of men and women. It takes a look at the main complaints men and women have of one another, explains why this is and how to fix it.

This can be a life changing read for some, who will suddenly become able to connect with the opposite sex on levels they never thought possible.
